Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.

No. Pulpi.ai pricing is per brand, not per seat. You can invite unlimited team members on Business plans without paying extra per user. The price you see on the pricing page is the price you pay — no surprises.

Pulpi.ai currently supports Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. Platform connections use official OAuth APIs — meaning Pulpi.ai is fully authorized by each platform and your account is never at risk.

Yes. Pulpi.ai auto-publishes Instagram photos, carousels, Reels, and Stories via the Instagram Graph API. For Reels, you provide the video file and Pulpi.ai handles upload, caption, and scheduling. Stories support includes link stickers and media scheduling.

Yes. Pulpi.ai includes AI image generation powered by state-of-the-art diffusion models (via the iCraft GPU infrastructure). Generate product photography, lifestyle imagery, and branded graphics without a designer. Output is high-resolution WebP suitable for all social platforms.

Pulpi.ai supports content generation in 20+ languages including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and more. You can generate different captions for different regional audiences or post in multiple languages on a single platform.

Pulpi.ai uses industry-standard OAuth for all platform connections — your passwords are never shared with us. OAuth tokens (which allow Pulpi.ai to post on your behalf) are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Access is scoped to the minimum permissions required for each platform. You can revoke access at any time from your social platform settings.

Yes. All data is stored in Google Firebase with strict Firestore security rules enforcing deny-by-default access. Platform tokens, credentials, and brand data are encrypted at rest. Pulpi.ai does not sell, share, or use your content for training AI models beyond what is necessary to serve your account.

No. All connections are made via each platform's official API using authorized OAuth flows. Pulpi.ai never uses bots, automation scripts, or any method that violates platform terms of service. Your accounts remain fully compliant and in good standing with each platform.

Pulpi.ai bills monthly or annually (annual plans offer a discount). Your billing cycle starts when you activate a paid plan. You receive a receipt via email after each charge. All billing is handled securely through Stripe — Pulpi.ai never stores your payment card details.

Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings — no penalty, no lock-in. After cancelling, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date. Your content, settings, and data are retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Pulpi.ai and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours, we will issue a prorated refund for the affected period. For general dissatisfaction within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact support@pulpi.ai and we will evaluate your case.
