What counts as a site?
A site is one business: its voice, its visuals and its connected social accounts. All the networks of one site count as a single site.
Is there a free trial?
No. Pulpi has no free plan and no trial period: you choose a plan when you create your account. You can cancel at any time, and refund requests are reviewed case by case — write to us.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings → Subscription. A plan change applies immediately and is prorated for the days remaining. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. No contract, no cancellation fee.
Do I need my own AI or API keys?
No. Writing, image creation and scheduling run on Pulpi’s infrastructure and are included in every plan. You connect your social accounts, that is all.
Which plan should I start with?
Starter ($29/mo) covers 1 site on 5 networks (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Pro ($79/mo) covers 3 sites with 7 networks per site, including video (YouTube and TikTok). Business ($199/mo) is built for agencies: 8 sites and API access. Every plan publishes up to 3 posts per day for each site. One post = one idea, adapted to each of the site’s networks.
What happens when I hit my plan’s limits?
Nothing breaks: what is scheduled keeps publishing. Beyond 3 posts in a day for one site, creation resumes the next day. To add a site or video, move up a plan.
